Ha, there was a comedian that was making fun of the censoring of the word "ass" on the radio and television. Depending on the referance, it may or may not be censored. If you are simply saying the word "ass", it is allowed. If you are refering to someones behind as an "ass", it is allowed. However, if you are using it in the context of "kicking someone's <BEEP>", or "sticking something up someone's <BEEP>" it is not allowed. He went on a rant for about 15 minutes, and various "ass" referances were censored, but not all. It was quite humorous ...
