I also know a way to find it in arcade mode 👍
I hadn't thought about the fact it will likely not be listed by manufacturer there, either.

Presumably you can only find it by era?

Yes, you can only find it by era. One thing that still puzzles me is why didn't PD just put the Sileighty with the other Nissans and just skip the confusion. I mean, it is a production car. My theory is that Nissan didn't want to give the impression that they condone street racing, which is the reason why they built it in the first place. They saw racers swapping out 180SX front clips for the S13's and relized that they could cash in on the craze by just building one whole car pre-tuned.

Is it a bad thing that I only know what a Sileighty is because of Initial D?
No, because I'd never heard of it until GT (prize car in GT/GT2).

Well, at least I admit it.

I don't remember it in GT/GT2 at all. I first heard about Sileightys when my mate was telling me about his brother swaping his 180sx front with the front off another guy's Silvia.

Now, i wish that instead of including the Sil80 they would have had a "tuner" shop that would allow us to sway the frontends on our silvias and 180sxs, to me that would have been cooler, and wouldn't have been hard to accomidate.

A Sileighty was the rare prize for the FR series in GT1. Ah. I believe that means the game has no commentary about it.

You and I'm sure many others know this as well, it was also in Gt2 as well. I believe it was a car you again could win like in GT1. In hindsighg given my view of cars then, I didn't know what was significant about it. Infact when I think about it, that sil-eighlty from GT2 in a sense is closer to a Sil-eighlty a number of us were looking for since there wasn't one in GT3. I hope it'll actually be in Gt5 but well, I should just take one in Gt4's photomode, take a (Few hundred) pictures, and maybe either photoshop it or even make a drawing. Um...an

Something like the former... something like this...

It's already been mentioned just what Sil-Eighlty some are looking for so I'll just not mention it agian and sound like a broken record *coughMakocough*... uh... yeah.

Till later.

I might get one if I could find one. those cars are really hard to find.

....you could just go and win one in the Silvia Sisters race..... that's how I'd do it....
(assuming that you are referring to GT4 and not real life)

It's a prize car for winning the first ~295hp/FR race at Clubman Stage 5.

Anyways, I like mine (GT4 version) in silver.

One-via = 180SX front-end + Silvia
USDM S13 240SX Coupe = 180SX front end + S13 Silvia body + crappy truck engine

The one-via isn't a specific model by any means -- any 180SX bumper will work.
I have the "crappy truck engine" in my car, and it's much more potent than you would think. Try driving it once, instead of critisizing it.

The KA24DE isn't a bad engine, but compaired to the SR20DET and its lengendary ability to support high horsepower levels with bolt-on parts and stock internals it's defenatly the better choice. :) Also it has MUCH higher aftermarket support.

But for drivability the KA24 is better than the SR20 because it has more lower-end torque.

Aaaaaaand on a lighter note, the SR20DE is a crappy van engine here in Asia...

lucky van owners. :D
