Silver trophy even though I won the race?

I`m starting over on my 2nd account & have just won the a-spec vitz race by a whisker (0.016), after a very tough race & received the winners credits & XP, but annoyingly only have a silver trophy, even though I won the race.

I imagine this `glitch` is because the winning margin was so small, but I`d`ve thought that the trophy would be related to the credits/XP awarded?

How did I get the winners credits & XP, but only get a silver trophy?

I REALLY don`t want to re-run the race, as A) it`s held on the `discomfort in the rectum` that is Fuji & B) all the other cars seem much faster than mine down the straight (even at the start, the leaders pulled away & I got passed by 2 cars), closing a 1.5 second gap from the final corner to the line, even without drafting me (I went over to the pitwall side of the track coming out of the final corner, they all stayed on the racing line).

Anyone else won the vitz race, but only got a silver trophy?
 
No, I've never seen this before.

It's too bad that you couldn't go back to show us, or PD. I'm sure something is wrong. (I work in a business that demands the "error" to be shown, and it's very effective to solving an issue)

Unfortunately, you'll have to enjoy the pain in your 🤬 to win it again. Sorry. :)
 
Ok so you already won the race, so go in and build the heck out of your Vitz, it should be a piece of cake to win the thing by a large margin and pick up the gold.

The other thing you might check is the actual winner. Could it be that you actually finished 2nd, and the winners name is so close to yours that you just thought it said you were the winner? Maybe N.Isgu or something?
