That's a good question....I just noticed it in my Garage after running a race at Watkins Glen. I didn't watch the replay. I'm at work now so i'll have to check this later.

Everywhere. In garage, scapes, racing. As long as it’s the car you choose. If you change to another car, bam, green calipers instantly too. 😡🤦🏻‍♂️

It is, but not when you have specific liveries done by yourself that definitely do not call for that color.

It shows in racing too. I noticed it coming out of a pit stop...and went heh, wtf.

Ideally yes of course, but it's such an oddly specific bug that you can see how it could be missed. I doubt they check the colour of the brake calipers every time they change something.
