They got around Porsche licensing by including RUF. Maybe they can do it again by using other tuners or certain racing garages. RWB anyone!?

Do you still need a Porsche license for this even though it's not an actual factory Porsche?
 
I'm not an expert but I think certain companies (such as RUF, Vorsteiner and 9ff i think) are registered as manufacturers, and their vehicles are not Porsches as such, even though they are based on them. I think it's the same with Hennessey. Whether that goes for Singer as well, I don't know...

I know I'm just wondering since it still has Porsche badges on it.
