Sorry folks this is completely wrong.I am not doing enough exercise during the day and oversleeping during the night.I went to bed too early between 10:30pm & 11:00pm & woke up at 1:45am and kept drifting off & waking up until i got up at 4:20am.I have stayed up since then & don't know what to do.My body clock isn't caibrated to go to bed & waking up.
Questions.
Do you snore?
What time do you exersise during the day
Do you use an alarm clock?
I'll explain to you why I'm asking these questions
(Do you snore?) I'm asking this because you may have a form of sleep apnea. Although snoring is a factor of it, if you're overweight or not exercising then that may be a major part of it. Getting a sleep study is recommended, I got one and while I wasn't really able to sleep during it due to pains in my back, I was able to get some really helpful information. That is some of it.
(What time do you exercise during the day?) I'm asking this because of the fact of not having a exercise schedule may be a problem. If you set one up, it'll keep your body awake during some times of the day, that being the time you exercise. While you don't need a-lot of energy to exercise (in fact it's good to exercise to get energy levels up.) you should have a time of the day where you get tired the most (not night time obviously) so you can get your energy up and then after you get done taking care of daily tasks, that energy will be gone. I go on bike rides when I'm tired, and my time where I'm tired is usually around 1PM or 3PM. I go for a quick ride so that I can get my energy up to do what I have to do for the evening and come night that energy will be used well.
(Do you use an alarm clock?) Well, whenever I start heading back to school, I use an alarm clock on either my phone or desk to force myself awake. Doing this and scheduling exercise will balance your sleeping schedule. The hardest thing is actually keeping it.
I hope this helps. Somethings in this post are just a few things I do to keep myself going.
