HI, I see you are a new member so don't take this the wrong way: This forum (Write-Ups) is not for asking questions. That is what the general forum is for.
Having said that, there are a few threads discussing your problem and you will be best served by doing a search on the main forum. You will even find a few videos you can watch.
Without answering your question in great detail I'll give you a hint: You have to let the other cars pass you (draft from you) so that you can pass them back (draft from them). it is the only way you can keep enough speed through all three laps until you catch up to the yellow just before the last turn.
