No. In my case I can center the wheel via its own internal software. Start racing and after a while the wheel's center will be rotated by a certain amount in one direction. For whatever reason it always seems to be rotated to the right. Also, there is software provided by the manufacturer to adjust various settings on the wheel. In there you can also check the steering angle. I've uploaded a video of the issue
here for those interested. You can see that at the beginning of the video the wheel reads 0 but by the end it's off by -6.
