We won't race on the 5th because my wife and I are going camping, but here's a hint for the 12th.

My camping trip for this weekend has been cancelled, so we're on to race this Saturday. This week is going to be Vettes vs Vipers. We're going to race the '09 Corvette ZR1 against the '13 Viper GTS at Willow Springs - Horse Thief Mile (reverse). We'll be racing on sports tires (all three compounds), with fuel consumption and tire wear turned on. BoP will be enforced, and weight will be set to 1600kg. I ask that each driver that plans to participate to choose the car opposite of the driver who posts before them. I am choosing the Viper. Thank you, and good luck!

Guys, after doing some testing last night, I'm calling an audible. Horse Thief Mile is just too short for these cars. I never found myself getting above 3rd gear. As a result, we're going to change the track to Big Willow.
Yessssss, I was not going too say something but was not motivated too race at Horse thief M

When a car goes off at Willow Spring, you'll see a long tail of dust behind the car so I was really confused when I came flying down the straight on Lap #23 of our Snail Endurance Series race this afternoon upon seeing a tail of dust ahead of @radliffracing's car.

@radliffracing either mis-calculated his fuel load or ignored team orders to "box-box" and missed a critical pitstop. Having realized he's unlikely to make it around another lap, he had the race marshals freaking out when he slammed it into reverse on the straight in an attempt to back-track towards the pit entry.

@TexHill - Thanks again for setting this up. Seems like your race got good support with 10 drivers lining up and looking forward to seeing how you continue to develop this series.

Yea didn't work though. I was reset at the starting line as soon as I entered the pit!
