Welcome to SNAIL's Super Formula Series. The races will be on Wednesday Nights starting at 8:30 PM EST.
There will be two races a night for a six week season. There will be 12 races total. A drivers best 9 races will be their total for the points
On race night there are two rounds, Race 1 is the Strategy Round, Race 2 is the SNAIL Round
Strategy Round Regulations:
Each race drivers MUST use at least two compounds. All 4 Racing Compounds will be available and it is up to you to decide which is best. (Racing SuperSoft, Soft, Medium, Hard) If you do not use at least two different compounds there is a 50% point penalty.
SNAIL Round:
The starting grid for Race A will be decided by the finishing order of the Strategy Round Race. The race will be a short sprint with no fuel or tire wear. For Race B, the starting order is the reverse of the finishing order of Race A. The top 50% of the finishing order from Race A will race on Softs, the bottom 50% will be on SuperSofts. EXAMPLE: If there are 8 cars in the race, the drivers who finish 1-4 will use Softs for the 2nd race and drivers who finish 5-8 will use SuperSofts.
Wednesday Night Schedule:
8:30 - 8:45 PM EST Qualifying for Race 1
8:45 - 9:15 PM EST Race 1
9:15 - 9:35 PM EST Race 2A

You can choose not to qualify or start in the back up to you. The race will begin at exactly 8:45 PM EST no matter where a driver is at on the track.
