I don't have any exact settings but as a guide head in the following direction.
Raise the ride height
Soften springs
Soften damper bound
Set Damper rebound higher than bound
Depending on power you may have to tighten the LSD (try increasing the initial torque slightly)
Thats just off the top of my head and as avery broad rule of thumb Dirt will require softer settings than Snow & Ice (but both will be far softer than tarmac).
