Some are also drag racing at the same track cars would, just using a belt to run on the asphalt. Off the line they will destroy a bike any time and run in the mid 9's-flat 10's with 140+ mph trap speed. Really really impressive.
There are a few that run at our local track, low - mid 10's are the norm here. A few years ago I never would have imagined seeing a snowmobile do a burnout at the drag strip..
