Why is it unavailable for, like, every car? I get that there was a glitch that made this unobtainable through roulettes, but now that it's in the tuning shop, it should be available. But, it isn't.

Check the Special Parts thread in the Tuning subforum to see which cars are compatible with the High-RPM S Supercharger.
