Seriously though, I think he did amazing, plus the fact that I've rarely seen a hatrick in my life, imagine 4 goals in one game!!! ...

Ciao!

Yeah, I'm beginning to like how RM are running things. I still can't stand Raul, Beckham, and Ronaldo, but the rest of the team is pretty cool.

In terms of how our team is performing, no we are not missing him. However I am very much still of the opinion that we should have worked out the problems with Rudd and kept him. He is a quality striker and you know he will get you goals. Personally I still rate Beckham as well, I still think he's got one of the best deliveries in football.

Horseface is a box striker. He's good and will get you goals, but by using Saha instead, Rooney and Ronaldo are playing better.

Maybe we'll miss him eventually. Especially if Rooney gets crocked. Solskjaer is already broken AGAIN, and without Rooney, that leaves an unfit-ish Smithy and Saha up front.

Speaking of which, I saw Ole come off the bench against Nottingham forest with 20 mins to go and bang in four goals before the whistle.

I'll be gutted when he leaves or retires.

Why would ManU be missing him if they're top of the prem and Real aren't top of La Liga?

VISCA EL BARCA. ;)

The thing is, thats the only damn thing he can do. He can't beat a man on the wing, he's not a great tackler, he can't play killer through passes, heck he hasn't scored a trademark freekick for god knows how long.

Also Rooney seems better linking up with Saha than he was with Van Nistelroy. Mainly because Van is one of those players that does very little for most of the game and then pops up and scores, which he does very well btw.

Exactly why I don't like him. I don't like players who are incredibly overhyped and stuff. Sure, he had his day, but it's gone now. :)

Kinda like Batistuta was :)

Batistuta was the complete forward player, he had pace, great control, awesome vision, he could score from freekicks. Van Nistelroy, well lets see in his entire stint in the premiership he scored 1 goal out of the box and the majority of his goals were scored within the 6 yard box.

I mean Van Nistelroy was good at poaching goals, but he has nothing at all on Gabriel Batistuta.

I retract what I said...R.V.N. just missed his THIRD penalty kick in 4 games. The last one he missed it at the 89th minute of the Champions League game against Lyon :banghead:

Ok this should have gone in the UEFA thread, sorry about that...anyway, AAARGHH!!!

Ohh shut up. I betcha Inter is not going farther from where they are now. That was a lucky goal from Crespo.

I'm okay now though, It's only their first loss afterall ;)

Ciao!
