So does that mean they (Polyphony) got approval to use the licence, but ran ouuta time?
Or maybe they made the car, but Porshe shot 'em down, and thus, couldnt bring the car out in the game.

The guy who is the Producer of the GT series owns one. I think they moddeled it for him to drive, well maybe. It couldn't have been that hard considering the overall shape isn't that much different from the RGT. Or maybe they used it to model the RGT?

There are plenty of threads on this. Use the search on the bottom to find them . They made the car for the game but ran into some legal issues and had to take it out. Instead of taking it out they took the quick way out and just covered the Porsche up along with the Diablo, and others...

Yeah, but the Japanese version still has the Diablo in it. So why didn't they cut it out of that version?

The stratos, I think they just didn't have time. I'm sure they would have put it in if it didn't have the wheels going through the bonnet thing.

Lamborghini was worried it would break the whatever of the whatever because the car had the shape of the Diablo

Maybe they pulled it out after the Japan release
