So trading 1 car a day will work??

It will only allow one trade per day. If you've used the trade option for that day it will deny it and tell you that you're over the limit. Just make sure it doesn't say upload failed. I heard if you receive this message, don't click OK, but rather hold the PS button and dashboard it. This is said to make sure you don't lose the car in an upload failed situation.

I tried it the first day and it worked. I waited for it to click over to a few minutes past midnight and it would not allow me to gift another car. Perhaps being allowed to gift cycles after 24 hours vs each calender day.

Really? I've sent a car an hour before midnight and later on at midnight sent another one to the same friend.

Is this limited to only being able to send one car a day? Or can you only send 1 gift period, regardless if it's a car, paint chip, or car part?

I am guessing that PD is having issues with their servers then. If it was actually programmed in than we should be able to repeat the issue across all end-users.

Possibly because I sent my friend a ticket to download the Toyota Minolta 88C (1989) and it said the operation was complete. He looked this morning and he doesn't have the car and neither do I. I'm pretty furious because this was a car that I'm not willing to accept as a total loss. I feel like quitting Gran Turismo 5 until it magically appears in one of our garages. As far as I know, the only way to get this car is complete "Like the Wind" on A-Spec and I'm not restarting my game.

After 6 years of development, these glitches are unacceptable.

I got sent 2 cars from the same account on on the same day. I was told by the sender that if you power cycle the PS3, you can send a car right away. I haven't tried sending cars this way myself, only been at the receiving end, so this alleged possibility needs confirmation.

Thanks bud. I'm just hoping that it was delayed rather than lost all together. I just tried getting my B-Spec driver to win a "Gran Turismo All Stars" event in a Zonda R 09 (fully tuned) and he failed... miserably.

The Minolta would be so much more useful right now.
