Haha, it's obvious we have very different tastes :) I'm a huge motorsport fan so I love games that relate to the actual championships. F1 2011 is at the very top of my list, I love F1 and F1 2010 was an excellent game. WRC 2010 was ok at best, but I also love WRC so I will give WRC 2011 a go. As for NASCAR, I don't really follow it but I watch the odd race to see how Marcus Ambrose is going and even though oval racing is not my favourite, it is still quite fun and NASCAR 2011 looks to be a solid game.

Now all someone has to do is make a descent V8 Supercars game and I will be happy 👍

I prefer diversity:) Maybe that's the reason I love GT5. But I assume that I really liked play F1 2010 on my PC, the first season was very cool. But after that, it was just the same thing...As for WRC, I still have to try it, but Dirt sounds better. However Dirt doesn't have the oficial WRC cars...I think so...
As for Nascar...NO:grumpy:

V8 Supercars is very cool too.

TDU2 is pretty decent for a driving game, online is a must though, shift 2 has been preordered, dirt 2 is pretty good for the rally fans, found wrc 2010 a little lacking, really had fun with split/second, now trying to find a cheap blur hope that helps you

Yeah I can understand how those sort of games would seem boring unless you follow the seasons in real life. With F1 2010, I try to follow the actual season in the game, so it makes it exciting. I wouldn't bother with WRC 2010, it had potential but the stages weren't much good. Hopefully they do a lot better with WRC 2011, but it will still be more realistic that Dirt 3. Those sort of games are fun, but not much of a challenge I find.

Not sure what Codemaster's plans are for their next circuit racing game, but I hope they use the physics engine from F1 2010 to make a V8 Supercar game. It's wishful thinking, but who wouldn't want to replicate this? 👍

I was thinking this the other week after watching the first round. Some really great racing in this series. I would love a game of it for sure. Maybe with V8 Utes thrown in as support races. 👍

Yeah, they could include all of the support categories ie. utes, Carrera Cup, Touring Car Masters, GT Championship (Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche) etc.

Maybe some day...

Not a racing game but a must have IMO is Street Fighter 4.

F1 2010 on the PC is great so I would guess the PS3 version rocks.

Awesome stuff, common sense says Bathurst, Spa Francorchamps and El Capitan for DLC even if they never do any more :)

I've been putting a fair bit of time in on Test Drive Unlimited 2 but I'd recommend waiting until after the patch that's due soon before you think of buying it, just to see how much it's been fixed. The servers haven't been good but for offline play it's ok, however, taking into consideration that the game was designed mostly for playing online, it will be an issue for most.

Dirt (The original) for Pikes Peak, and the rally courses...

Ferrari Challenge : Trofeo Pirelli for the 250 GTO, 250 Testa Rossa, Virginia Raceway & Mount Tremblant

Race Driver: Grid for the cool way you have your own team colours all the way through (I even carried them over to FCTP & Shift & would love to use them in GT5) and for the Demolition Derby - I keep going back to play this.

Shift...for...mmm...nope can't think of anything :) Oh yeah Spa

Hehe I grew up with SF2 and all the incarnations , SF4 on the ps3 is the best of all the different formats. I guess I never grew out of smashing buttons and doing dragon punches !
