I only watch TV ads on YouTube. Have a Tivo and watch very, very little live TV. And I work in advertising.

Nissan has done a number of cool ones. Wonder why they don't sell more cars?

Like daan I rarely watch live TV or channels that have adverts, but occassionally i'll see one that I have to watch all the time. The current Skittles (everything he touches turns to Skittles), M&M (YOU get in the bowl), and Bombardier (BANG ON!) are my current favourites.

I used to really enjoy watching TV ads when a movie premier was showing and I would just know all of the ads would be from huge companies like Nike or Audi and they'd be directed and produced by well know film directors.

My buddies and I would sit in awe at some of the commercials, especially the ones from Guinness that last for a few minutes at a time and cost millions to make.

I don't care much for the stupid ads selling toothpaste and what not but the ones that were like mini films were epic. I don't see them any more as I don't own a TV.
