I'm having issues updating the drivers for my GPU. Every time I do, my computer screen will go black, and nothing else happens. When I restart. It will go to the old drivers and say it is up to date. Someone please help. My PC performance is worsened dramatically due to this.

If you need clarification on this, I will provide details as needed.

My specs:
PC: Lenovo ThinkStation S20
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 750Ti
CPU: Intel Xeon Dual Core L5520 @2.27 GHz
OS: Windows 8.1 (64 bit)

Use Display Driver Unistaller before installing new drivers to have fresh and clean install and prevent any issues like that.

Huh?

1. Go in safe Mode.
2. Open Display Driver Uninstaller.
3. You will see 3 checked boxes. Don't uncheck them. You can also check the Remove AMD/NVidia folders like I do or if you have an AMD driver before you installed the Nvidia card.
4. Click "Clean and Restart (highly recommended).
5. Wait for the program to restart PC.
6. After restarting, install your driver.
7. Restart PC for good measure.
