I was just trying to send a PM to someone (mobile version) and it said Error Permission Denied. Why?

it says my email address is not valid. which it is. i changed my email address and it still says its not valid.

I tried to change my email to another one and I don't even know if it worked. It still said the same thing.

It looks like you never re-activated your account, and it won't work again for you until you're able to do that. Just follow the instructions that Smallhorses linked above from the FAQ and you should be able to get back on track.

You have to click on the link sent to you in the verification email. See this entry in the FAQ for more information on how the process works.

I checked the logs and I see the Gmail address you're using now was rejected by Google because it doesn't exist. Make sure you've spelled it correctly, then try again.

THANKS Jordan! its all good now. there must be something wrong with that other gmail email, but thats weird because i use it for my PSN account. but its fixed now. thanks!

Riiiiiight up until the point Anonymous hack PSN and we all need to reverify our accounts. Good luck retrieving the activation from the fake e-mail account...

You know, I have several PSN accounts (about 7, all with valid email addresses I may add) and when I went through the re-activation process I clearly remember that the email account was only checked in a few of them, but not all. Didn't think much about it then, but I have no doubt it happened. Some needed a retrieval from the inbox, some didn't.
