Two new boring videos. <_< The sound seems to be sync off a bit...

You need to throw it in second and speed up then let off the gas as you go past the camera, engine braking like that is soooo awesome!

My next set of videos will be better, these I did by myself letting my camcorder sit on the side of the road...I hope to find someone to record me so I can do more exciting things. lol

Looks good dude. I think you should paint it like this car. Best looking third gen I've ever seen. Maybe you could do the motor swap too :sly:

I do love that 3rd gen. And I especially like blue, but my final color scheme I think has been chosen.

I'm going to do something like this only with dark grey/gun metal instead of orange.

Oh, and here's what my ram air bonnet will look like (except that this one is red):

That's what I lie to see. And engine bay full of El-Essy yumminess

An monochrome is a bit dull... Get some colour in there!

Oh, very good choices. I think that will look killer with the gunmetal/black. And those hoods look surprisingly good on 3rd gens.

Are you planning on going with those AR wheels or something else?

EDIT: Car sounds pretty good in the vids. 👍

This is going to be a killer car. You don't see too many good condition 3rd gens. Most of them around here are missing so much, and have so much potential.

As soon as the rebuild gets done the engine bay will get some color. :D

Thanks. I think I may just get these wheels refinished and polished. I quite like them.

I can't wait to finish it--I hope I can get show car quality out of it some day. I don't make much money so the bigtime progress is going to be a little slow. But the small stuff like the interior will be a steady progress.

second on that bright blue. that's a rare color, nowadays. i only see that on the occasional Tundra.

the scheme you picked looks fine, but not in F Series Harley colors...not on a Mo. grey and gun metal, though? nah.

Blue is still on my list, but I think the gun metal and black would look sweet. I don't know if my Formula wheels would look good on a blue car. :indiff:

What I'm going to do for a temporary paint job is the infamous $50 enamel paint job. If I don't like how it turns out I can always repaint it another color to see how that looks. I'll be testing this on my Ram Air II bonnet. I might start with blue or yellow. Or blue with yellow heritage stripes.

Your neighbors will start thinking your car is a chameleon and not a Camaro with all the color changing.

Or they'll think I'm stealing Camaros and selling them...or worse chop shopping them. :sly:

Don't even joke about that. That's probably what became of my fathers Seville and Grand Prix.

Can't wait to see what it turns out to be like JCE. 👍 Keep it forever, it'll be a collectors item someday.

New exhaust video with new tips:

I think it sounds mean and sexy at the same time. Thoughts?
