Some 'real' white colors

Gotta love the white's on the Gallardo too,I'd check but bob's doing 90 laps of Laguna Seca.

Funniest thing and probably the whitest white is actually called 'Whitest White'. Sorry I cannot remember which car or manufacturer I got it from but it glares brightest of the whites in my opinion. Though there quite a few that are very very white.

In all my experiences (and by that I mean never using a white PC) Whitest White is the whitest white. A close second would be Super White II, but I do not know where I got that. I never buy white cars. According to the game it is a TOM's, but no TOM's is premium.Toyota's Pegasus White is a good substitute.
I also like Summit White, which is a Chevy.
 
The matte white and gloss white from the Aventador seem to be pretty white (from memory). Forgot exactly what they're called though.

Forgot about mattes. Painted my Maserati Matte White, It is definitely whiter than anything I've seen before. Hard to get, though.

This is your best bet. The Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R33) '97 is only 53,900 credits and comes with the whitest non-DLC white. The absolute whitest paint money can but in the NCD is Bianco Canopus off of the Lamborghini Aventador. The former is probably easier; the latter requires buying the DLC and 400,000 every time. The alternative is asking around the marketplace for Whitest White or Matte White, then duping it, but some people are opposed to duping, and you may be one of them, so I don't know if you consider that an option. Either way, I think this answers you question and that the thread can be closed. Sorry for the double post; I felt this needed to be said.
