Some sort of hack??

Ok.. so I was playing online in the SSRX. I was typing within the GT5 in-race messaging thing, when all of the sudden the whole message thing goes blank and a new message appears that stated "I like men". The thing is, it said that I typed it. it said Skyline_77 right above it. Either i'm going crazy, or is this some sort of new bug? :scared:


Anyone know about what's going on? Experienced something similar?
 
I can't think of any feasible explanation for this other then a very week hack..
 
People are just messing with you. They space until you can't see their name. Then they write whatever they want, usually just trolling. There's a couple of these threads already, use search function, unless you were desperate. lol

Ah.. that must be it. Well now I feel silly, all thinking my account's been hacked and my information was in jeopardy. :dunce:

Truth be told, I got a little chuckle out of it when I saw it myself. :lol:
 
Typical chat hack, I did it to one of my friends for 45 minutes, and he even looked up the fake name I told him I was. :lol: Then he gave me a pat on the back when I told him how to do it. :lol:
 
I used to mess with other players like this too. I remember one room where I typed "Virus 37% Complete" and just about everyone in the room left. :lol: Good times, good times.
 
You factor in lots of spaces before whatever you want to say, and it makes it seems to blank out everything
 
I do that when I'm bored and either put 'The Game' or 'U MAD' just for teh Lolz.
By the way, you just lost. :P
 
Been answered, and yes, this is an old issue. There are two or three threads on it already.
