When my girlfriend calls it plays a part of Symphony X's "The Oddyssey" which I've made. When a friend of mine calls it plays a techno song that came with the phone called "Adagio".
For all the other calls it's São Paulo Futebol Clube's anthem.
Edit: Oh and when I receive a text message it plays a McLaren F1 passing by.
hey, I'm stuck with an old style Nokia...and getting a ringtone would cost me a couple bucks for using the net through the phone...IF i could get a good signal
I have an old-school telephone ring tone. I've found that when it rings and I'm with a group of freinds, I'm not caught up in the confusion of trying to work out if it's mine or not.
Mine's a sample off Coldcut's "Journeys by DJ" mix album. It says "Grave Robbers from Outer Space" and then kicks into an awesome beat. I think the original artist is called Gescom, but I can't remember the name of the track.
"Up Around The Bend" by CCR for my parents and "Green River" by the same group for the other calls. I think this is the... errm... fifth phone in which I've used the same tones. At least I know it's mine when it rings.
