Please note which phrase M5Power used.

Douglas: Y'all know: The answer to the asked question is 67,824, apparently. I'll give $20 to the person who gets the 100,000th reply. Honestly. I will. $20.

Check it. I got REPLY 100K. I win!

I'm getting married on a mountain in Vermont in two weeks. It's taken all of my money. Sorry. Take it up with small claims court. Poo head.

I Clearly had the 100,000 post.

Doug, you can give the money to me or Klos. Either way I'm getting my money, Klos is my ***** so I'll be taking it from him.

Now go get back on your corner Klos. Ya whore.

Do you people realize the difference between post 100,000 and reply 100,000?

I'm beginning to think you do not.

I intended 'post.' After all this complaining, why the hell do you think I'd pay you?

Because he needs a car. I do too (the Ranger doesn't count as a car).

You ought to have a '98-'01 A4 1.8T sedan w/automatic or a '98-'01 Passat 1.8T sedan w/automatic. It's the number one car I'm recommending to people under 20 nowadays.

Now I'm supposed to infer intent?!

We aren't counting ballots in Florida here, we're determing if you should pay me twenty dollars!

You don't trust my stick-shifting ability? Also, Audis/VWs seem to have rather high beltlines for under-20-year-olds.

As long as we're talking about driving, here's a story.

So, today as I was driving home, there was a Caltrans sign that said "Accident 8 mi ahead; 1 Hr Delay". 8 miles from that spot happened to be the offramp that I have to get off at to get to our house, and sitting in an hour of traffic (uphill, on the grapevine) didn't exactly suit my fancy, so my mom told me to use the old Ridge Route (dunno if you've ever traveled it, but it's a single-lane-each-way, windy road). Fine, no biggie, using that road usually only adds 5 or so minutes to the trip.

So, I get off the freeway, and go on the Ridge Route. And less than a quarter mile passes, and I get stuck behind a semi truck, with two people already behind him. Fine, there are plenty of turnouts along the road, so he'll probably pull aside pretty soon, since he was going like 20 mph (I normally drive about 45-50 mph along the Ridge Route, and my mom goes about 50-60).

And guess what? He didn't pull over the whole effin' time. Some 10+ miles stuck behind a big rig going 25 mph, and like 2 mph up the hills (damn driver didn't properly anticipate the hills, so he had to put it into low gear and crawl so gawd damn slowly up them... I was practically at a stop). There were like a half dozen turnouts, and he didn't use a single one (and they're big enough too). Adding to that, it wasn't just three cars behind him... by the time we got to the next intersection, there were 19 or 20 cars behind him. Stupid.

Why didn't you overtake the pseudo, no, semi truck?
Did you read what I wrote? Windy road (and by Ridge Route, it literally is along a mountain ridge), one lane both directions. Along that entire 8 mile stretch, there are only two passing zones: Both of which are like 50 feet long. If I were right behind the truck, I probably would've done it, but I was behind the truck and two other cars too, so I wasn't about to take the chance.

Route! Ridge Route Road! Not Ridge Road! You have no idea how many people put Ridge Road on our mailing address... (which is technically wrong anyway, since we use a P.O. box).

Seriously, you have no mountains? Damn, like, how boring. I live on a mountain, with another mountain as my backyard, have to get home via the Ridge Route, which is along a series of mountains, and have to climb a really steep grade on the grapevine. We don't have flat areas 'round here, except for the desert, which only Douglases visit anyway.

Ahh I gotcha.....I should have been able to figure that out, it makes enough sence!

I have to laugh at this thread; but I say that boom gets it (he deserves it more than Klos, being a moderator and taking all the crap he probably takes).

I'm sure it could've been done.

El stupido.
