Someone please explain anything at all about this online b spec thing. bob is my hoe?

I didnt even know this thing existed. I just set some of my b spec drivers to online when the patch came out but didnt look further into it.

So now I went to community, selected one of my friends, went to remote race, and noticed a bunch of tracks and leaderboards. I went into them and to my suprise I noticed my PSN was on top of the leaderboard on my most my friends for doing nothing? I was winning at doing nothing...

I went to my profile tab and selected my online drivers and apparently theyre making me millions of dollars. Next to "Cr" they all have big cash amounts but I havent noticed any extra income?

Where do I collecct my money?

I went to community once again, this time selected my own PSN and went to remote race, A few boxes for races came up in that blue background screen, I selected tsukuba, aded my driver and a few bobs from friends yadda yadda started the race. And when it finished, no money again?

Just what is this feature supposed to to do and why are people even doing it ?

Heck you cant even give your bobs commands in it...

You have discovered remote b spec racing my friend. To collect your winnings and xp, click on your driver and there should be a tab or whatever to the left to get the loot. Sorry but I forget exactly what it says.

Thanks lol. I just got like 3 mil for doing nothing hahah. Man they hide the menus all over the place.
You have to go to your GT life driver list and select receive prizes. Why couldnt it just be a shortcut menu where you see your online drivers in the profile tab. oh well

also too bad I've been on lvl 40 b spec since 2010 so all this b spec xp is doing me nothing, I wish I could donate it

What about watching races together with friends at the same time? in chat? Is that doable?

Is the web browser thing worth it?

P.S That receive prizes button is awfly close to the retir driver button. Supid!

To be honest I have not done a whole lotta remote racing. I do not know if you can watch the races with other people but I do know that you can watch the entire race if you host a remote race.

Going through the PD site you can set up remote races on your ps3 through the web but your system must be on and be in standby mode. You can find that in the remote racing screen where you can select which race to run. There should be a tab you can click on that says Server Standby or something like that. Click on that and then you can control remote races through a computer.
