at least this one! I rather play with no flag than fake.. maybe people will stop speaking with me language I dont understand at all. lol (PS. I know I could take UK or similar, but I deside to choose one of closest countries)
 
Stop putting "potato" as a voting option. Countless polls have been needlessly ruined by hungry Irishmen voting from their stomachs, myself included.

Ask moderator to change potato on something else please like "NO". but its too late anyway.. :crazy:
 
Just out of interest, if you are forced to create a PSN ID under a different nationality, I assume that you also have to use a fake home address?

that was the hardest part. I actually had to search the internet for valid adress! But for some countries there is no need to, just type something in and you are good to go.

anyway. all this stuff we are doing is illegal, yet sony tells us to do so.

I´ve been racing under the Mexican flag since GT5 Prologue, and I´m not even close. I have a US PSN with Sony´s address(lol), but I don´t really use it... I really wish that Sony can give us all our flags. Or at least PD should give an option were you can change your flag.


My flag would look really cool above my car...

On the other hand, a good thing would be an option to turn off the flag. People can be really rude, making racist comments...

Me too, when I bought my PS3 at 2007 it wasn't a Mexican PSN so my main account is from US, Since 2008 there's a mexican PSN, but in that account I don't so many friends so I'm still using my US account and always appears the US flag over my car, I wan to use my mexican flag in my US account PD =/ !
 
If people will ever be mature enough to not mock (and by that I mean be racist) others due to their nationalities online, then yes.
 
no flag for me :( i bet 1/2 of you dont even know about the cayman islands lol its a little dot on the globe :p, i used to play under uk but us hosts used to kick me so i had to redo my psn

Fortunately, I have some family living over in India, so could use their address. My cousin however, had to use the address of the Hotel he stayed over in Malaysia:ouch:

Same with the account I had to create to redeem the stealth cars (Hong Kong account).

It's not a very good thing to do, but Sony is forcing us to do so. We paid for the system and the game, at least give us proper identities:sly:
 
PD must provide the flags, Other game developers have no problem doind so! -Codemasters- Eutechnyx- and others.

In Asia, most of Video game (Console Pocket & PC), are import from other country.
When you meet your own country PSN or Local Sony are suck. You may know this Topic talking what~

Most of SCE Asia local official Goods always miss and cut out some feature. like Asia version GT5, there have no museum mode.
In the Past, GT4P Chinese version have flood of Bug, GT4 have no Car description & contain a lot of bugs. that done by SCE Asia.

They are Fact.

Even I try to do some feedback for SCE game product , The SCE Asia staff will ask you, why don't you talk to them (SCEJ) directly.
However, the SCEJ Mr.Ooi didn't like foreign players.


In Asia PSN store, MOST of game title or DLC are never imported, even which Japan and US are released.
(Yup, the Asia PSN is like a gaming desert.)

Indeed, I understand SCE Asia is suck (Thx James Hong, this guy is not a gamer but controlling SCE Asia...)

I really no Faith to purchase goods or use any service by their hands.
