Spa for free?

Well, not sure if it's a bug or it's there purposely, but whenever I go online and join a serer that's running Spa, I can join and race. Now I thought I had to purchase the DLC packs to use Spa.

So? bug or?

For online racing you don't need the track pack. So it's no bug.

Also, if someone in your friend list shares a DLC car as online (new dlc cars) am I able to borrow this car? And if I am, can I drive it?

Not able to experiment with this at this current moment, so relying on people here 👍
