Spam PMs?

That would be a nice feature to have .. a PM filtering system.
 
I've made a few changes to try and stop these bastards from abusing our system. I won't go into detail in case they are reading, but hopefully it will cut down, if not eleminate this awful abuse. One change that you might have already noticed, is the elimination of the "email user" feature which appeared in your profile and posts. If you were contacted by the spammers via this method, do not be alarmed - the email is sent via an online form, so they are never aware of your actual email address unless you reply to their message.

Hell if they send me a email again I could just act like I wanna sign up and tell them false info and things....sounds like fun! :lol: Anyways if I keep getting emails from them I could just change email adress. No big deal. :D
 
Don't forget to remove the email addresses from the Insider. In my profile it still says send message via email and when you click on it, it says that this user has disabled this ability. Is this correct. I know you disabled it, but I didn't know if you still get the link. I know I can change whether or not I want to allow users to email me, which I haven't done.
 
This is probably effecting people who entered email addresses in there Public Profiles. Or am I complete off?
