Your previous thread was closed as it was basically a nonsense topic. While the Rumble Strip is used for "off-topic" chit-chat, that doesnt mean it can be used for threads that make no sense whatsoever.
Additionally, you made no effort to make it a legitimate topic. By adding the statement "say something completely unrelated to the topic" you specifically made the thread spam. If you want to chat about random things, the Conversation Forum is available for use 👍
