Spec B Question

Is there a certain level that unlocks fastfowarding through the race X2, X3 or something like in GT4? Or do we have to watch the whole race.....

im lvl 23 b-spec and no fast forward.

Not that I know of. My guess would be that since they changed the interface to show the live race feed on the data screen FF was removed.

They probably don't want you to FF because people would abuse the feature for credits. Kinda like how you constantly need to tell your driver he's racing and needs to stay in front of the other cars, this way we can't start up a race then go have a shag or something.

I don't think there is a way to fast forward anymore. Which is annoying seen as though all the laps seem to be much more on B-Spec mode. But I suppose it was done to stop people just quickly blitzing through the B-Spec career and getting loads of credits and cars.

yep, even b-spec has dubble laps. so quick credits is not in this game.

I would not say there are no quick credits, early on the Special Events pay out very well even if only once. Later on you get into the extreme events there is some good money in a short period of time.

1 lap around the ring 7-8 minutes $59k at level 20
5 laps around Indy Speedway around 7.5 minutes 70k at level 21

a little more at higher levels but I am not there yet.

To bad you can not re-enter the race after you receive your credits like you could in GT5P. It takes several seconds to exit and reload the track. Still you can make quite a lot of money in a very short time in several different events.
