Ok cool, seems like I'm on a roll lately :)

What change to the V8 Mustang ocurred in 1988 for California and 1989 for the rest of the country?

a Mass Air Flow sensor?

mass air flow is right.

Alright, I think I've had my fun, I'll let someone else take my turn. :)

How about a question that doesn't involve US V8's?

Ok, but I already said it was up to someone besides me. :) (even though I got the last one right)

Hey, Cracker, why not stump us with all of your Lotus knowledge?👍

Not Lotus based - but moving the questions away from Detroit metal - Paddy Hopkirk, famous for winning the Monte Carlo Rally in a Mini Cooper in '63 has since made a fortune from selling, amongst other things, a certain car part/accessory to most of the major car manufacturers - What is it?

Bosch 09 distributor?

Nope!

Just a little remark: Paddy Hopkirk won the rally of Monte Carlo in '64, not in '63. It was Erik Carlsson who won the rally in '63, in a Saab 96. (Noticed this when I was searching an answer for the question :p).

Would that be bicycle racks? (For cars)

Sorry for the delay guys :)

Slicks - no
Gil - no
GT4_Rule - no

I wasn't too sure if it was '63 or '64 - I was trying to remember off the top of my head but obviously guessed wrong.

Roadside car jacks for spare tires?

They are roof bars if I'm not mistaken, the rails you can mount stuff like racks and lugage containers.

I'm pretty sure there was something along with the bars we have for the Pacifica.

Ejection seats? .50 caliber machine guns? oil slicks? Turbonique Jet Drag axles?

Fuzzy Dice?

Leather? Vinyl? Magnesium? CD players? 8 tracks? Cassette players? In-car phones? Green eggs and ham? Shift knobs? airbags? Robots? Wings?

filthyfish

Since filthyfish isn't around to post a question, i'll post another in his absence - if you don't mind?

I was asked originally to post a Lotus based question, so here we go:

Q) What was written in the 'V' shaped bonnet badge of the original Pre-airflow Lotus Cortina?
