What are the three afforable mid-engined sports cars of the 1980s?

Presumably the answer you are looking for is the Pontiac Fiero, Toyota MR2, and Fiat X 1/9. It's not really accurate though. The Fiat X 1/9 debuted for 1972, but it was gone after 1981, replaced with the Bertone X 1/9, which lasted from 1982 to 1989 - so it, not the Fiat model, was the mid-engined sports car of the 1980s. Though constantly erroneously referred to as the Fiat X 1/9, the X 1/9 of the '80s was sold as a Bertone, though to my knowledge it carried no badges - not of Fiat, Bertone, or even its model name. So the proper answer to this question would be:

Pontiac Fiero ('84-'88)
Toyota MR2 ('86-'90)
Bertone X 1/9 ('82-'89)

Slicks
Porsche 914
Fiat X-1/9
Toyota MR2
Pontiac Fiero

Good try on the 914 - but it lasted from 1969 to 1975.

Since I'm right (and I am right), here's an interesting question: since the demise of the X 1/9, what was Bertone's only other product? Hint: it both debuted and was cancelled in the 1990s, it was designed in Japan, it was sold in Europe, and it used a BMW engine.

Well, from the sources Here,it says that the Ritmo Cabrio(Strada in US) was also produced and sold directly under the Bertone

But Here is your answer, and Here is the late model!

Well, since i'm right(i at least think so),here is my question, what 70's French Car featured Wankel Rotary?

Revheadnz
That was a german car.
Also, Citroen GS Birotor (also known as GZ). Sold so bad that Citroen is rumored to have tried to buy it back so they wouldn't need to make parts to support the car with.

Toronado

Nice 1 there,your turn! 👍
Besides,i don't like rotary's so much, but the engine is interesting and you can make good questions about them!

Ferrari has used turbocharging on their road cars thrice. What is the name of these three cars, and what was the power of each of them at their highest (road spec only).

GT4_Rule got the first two cars correct (Ponitiac & Toyota). Revheadnz got the last (FIAT).

Sorry for being late guys:(

Ok here we go!
First production car with 6 speed manual was 1986 Honda Civic Wagon 4WD !
Altough Porsche 959 featured it,year before in concept state, but first customer deliveries were delayed until 1987,so it doesn't count.
First 6 speed automatic was 2002 BMW E65 7-Series!
