Yeah.. I can't even come close to beating the advanced tarmac gravel master. As suggested previously in other threads, I am already using the Lancia Delta S4 rally car, but on a few sections of the events I would have to race a long sector that's full of twisty hairpins.. and that's when I start failing.

I have no problems doing sectors with straights or a few bends, but I have no clue how to approach long sectors that have lots of crazy hairpins. I would usually be down around 8-10 secs for those ones, and the lead i have built up from previous sectors would vanish.

Any tips on this? 💡

On some hairpins its best if all four tires retain maximum traction, on others its best if ur back tires break loose so ur pointed in a better line. Try mixing it up and see which hairpins need which.

I currently play with ABS at 1 and everything else off.. not sure if I should change any of these up...

That should work, on gravel u might try TCS @ 1, just for practice. After u get it down then turn the tcs off.

Spend a couple of laps watching the car in front of u, look at his line, don't try to pass him. After u get the course down then try to pass him.

I can't even see him, let alone passing..

fyi i am talking about the really annoying one where you have to watch and wait for the first 3 cars to go first before going yourself..

Mess with your power distribution front/rear. Try 50/50 that worked pretty well for me.
Yeah, that's the way to go - all of these rally cars have road set-up as standard. 50/50 makes it far more fun 👍

To get a good line, go to practice and make a ghost, then watch it to see where ur losing the most time. After u watch ur ghost a couple of times, at the start pause for a sec then chase and try to catch ur ghost.

I did this with a stock WRC toyota 4 the only thing I changed was the gear box with a customizable one and even then I only widened the last two gears up so as the car could reach 160mph and I won that championship with out to much trouble , all safty off ABS set to one 👍
do not turn your TC on it will kill your power just when you need it most.

But some here have suggested TCS @ 1? oh well i'll mess with the torque distribution for a bit and give it another shot.. i was doing so well for the first 4 sectors and then things fell apart when they gave me a really long twisty track :guilty:

anyone has done it with the delta s4 rally car? it goes really fast.. maybe a bit too fast lol

But all of the sectors are randomly generated.. so I might not be driving the sector I spent time practicing...

M8 you can`t pratice like you say they all random

the Lancia Delta S4 rally car is all over the place I found not good on tarmac or gravel IMHO , and I'm good at the rallies ( blows his own trumpet) no seriously I am pretty good at the rallies golded them all , I'm also a keen Dirt fan guess I picked up a few tricks along the way
