I'am in advanced (lvl 17) in the Karting Experience and I'am stuck on Autumn Ring Mini Masters can some one give me a really good tune so I can finish the race the easiest way possible.

I tried and tried i think its the hardest i past mostly all the special events except that one!!!

It's all about your driving style. I had a hard time to begin with, but I figured out that you only brake while going in a straight line before the corner, then coast through the corner, then throttle after you are facing straight. This will get you to the front no problem as long as you avoid bumping other karts. Try it and see how it feels. It might take a while to get use to

^This^. Karts are all about smoothness & rhythm. And practice.

I had problem with this too, and a nice chap that goes by the name of 'raVer' helped me out:

Put 10kg Ballast to pos 47

Set top speed to 68 , final to 4.300 and the gear to 1.125

Definitely worked for me. Makes the car so much more stable, and much easier to keep a slide.

The first time i tried the karting events; i spun out constantly and was always getting furious when i couldnt drive with it. On my 3rd or 4th try, i realized the method on how to drive it. Now it was very long ago, so i dont remember the way exactly; all i can say is study what happens when you brake, accerlerate, turn and then a combo of those actions.

I think i remember if you let go of the throttle instead of braking during a turn/corner you can make the corner just fine. But i havent raced with one for a while now so dont take my word.

Be sure to take a really wide line for every corner you can. You should almost never have to touch the brakes, and when you do brake try not to be turning(if you are, don't brake hard). No front brakes means you'll slide very easy.

There may be some spots where a tiny bit of brake is faster than just lifting off the throttle for a moment. Sometimes skillfully powersliding might be faster than slowing down in a straight line too. But whether there's advantages or not, you never ever need to use either of those techniques to clear the offline challenges. Just use all of the road to keep your speed up, and don't lose the slipstream or it will be very hard to catch up on Autumn Ring Mini.

Same here. I restarted about four times before I got the hang of driving a kart.

I'm having the same problem you are. I can't overtake them, no matter what I do. I'll try the thing with the ballast and transmission, see if that works...

This might help. Don't brake for corners (coast through 'em) and try playing with the transmission setting to see what works. Don't forget, slipstreaming still applies in karting!

UPDATE: Through slipstreaming, coasting through the turns and setting the gear to 1.054, I've done it!

I never tuned my kart but I still beat this event. I took about 3 hours of game time though.

I didn't think it was too hard. Ds3(before controller sensitivity) and a stock kart. About 30 mins and it was a gold. I simply braked on approach, coasted through the bends and if you are going to hit an ai come off the throttle!

I actually bumped into an AI kart and spun him out when I got my gold. It wasn't intentional, but it felt good to let them know how I felt when they'd spin ME out.
