Special Stage Route 7?

Does anyone heard about this race track called "Special Stage Route 7"? I know Special Stage Route's 5 and 11, but this might be one of the new tracks in Gran Turismo 5, along with a new version of Rome circuit. I don't think they never showed any video footage or screenshots of this track.

Is this Special Stage Route 7 really ture, because I only heard about it at Gran Turismo Wikia, and I don't remember Kazunori Yamauchi announcing this track.

And for those of you US Gran Turismo Fans who were lucky to get GT5 on it's US release as of today, could be so kind to show some video footage of this track to show that it is ture, and maybe show how the track map on how it looks like?

I'm only asking this because I'm a bit confused. :confused:
 
Yes, Special Stage Route 7 is a new track, along with CSR5/SSR5. SSR7 is a long, long track, from what I believe, but more in straightforward distance from what I've looked at.
 
It's a track inspired by the Wangan -- a real life expressway in Japan that's popular for late night runs by heavily modified cars, as well as a number of video games, anime, and movies.

This track in GT5 is great fun for winding out a high horsepower car -- I'm sure you'll enjoy it once you get the chance.

Yeah, i'm REALLY loving this new track. :D You really need a fast car to race round here, cos the straights are so long. My 640hp or so R32 GT-R hasn't done it under 5 mins yet, even going 330km/h+ down the straights. :eek:

SSR7 is a good addition, but I really miss those time trial runs for SSR11 in older GT's... oh well can't have everything I guess

GTR Spec-V fully tuned... 380+ KPH on the straight and did it in 4.23 so far... I can do better though... Running sports soft :p Tuning an F40 and C63 AMG To run there as well 👍
