Just be careful what you consider confirmed now, since nothing is and everything is rumor until proven otherwise. :p

The map is fake IMO.
There's no way Vinewood is that far away from the city centre.
That would be totally wrong compared to LA's actual geography and R* usually do things quite right...

Really? Why would a Playstation magazine worker reveal that you can crash planes into buildings?

There's other "info" where whoever released this seems to begin trying too hard to convince us that he's giving out legit information as he goes along. Anyone whose played through this series would be able to see the unlikeliness of some of these claims.
 
Well if the fake map and the list of "features" both came from the same person then it sounds like they were indeed trollwork.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but has anyone seen the blimp in the scene where the 3 or 4 people are playing golf?

I'm interested in the Bear spotted on the badge of the cop car. Bigfoot was a popular myth in the original San Andreas and Rockstar may have done something with that..

The fact that it is on the badge could indicate that it is a big case.
 
Could be, R* finally gave us Bigfoot already, sorta.

Well, there is a dog in the trailer, so animals are in speculation.

Plus they could use the Bigfoot Engine shown there.
 
After Red dead redemption, I think having animals in GTA5 is finally feasible, RDR had a huge variety of animals, enough to fill positions for cattles, pets, wildlife, and even mythical creatures.

The grizzly bear is the official animal of California state (San Andreas is Rockstar's fictional version (although it extends into Nevada in GTA)) and bears are a common theme as a result amongst various government and police badges, crests, etc. in California so it might mean nothing at all.
