He's 'mooning' the camera :p

Are you sure they are actually speed camera pics? I know in the UK static camera's need to have lines going across the road to judge the speed.

Because a bird flew right across the camera lens at the perfect time and position to block the guy's front plate. Incredibly remote probability of that happening. About the same as that pigeon getting creamed by the fastball pitch a few years ago.

Thats a bird, oh I though it was a distortion in the film.
 
All those shots are from Australian speed cameras, (I know this as I've been on the recieving end of a few;) ) I remember seeing the one of the guys with both hands giving the bird

Have heard of a similar thing happening with a cricket ball, as its being bowled
 
I heard they caught they car doing the mooning because apperently there was a for sale sign on the car, or it could of been a different one.
