Litlle picture report:
Today I was asked about the essence of muscle cars by a friend. He asked me this rather interesting question because I'm becoming a huge muscle car fan.
And with two nice V8's in the garage i thought i could answer that question. :)
Took my pal with me to Vegas were a dragcontest was going on. We were with the SS, wich is in my eyes already the essence of muscle.
After a couple of runs he understanded me completely. I felt that his admiring of V8's was growing too and at the end of the evening he himself wanted to race with the SS. No problem, was the answer. Wich he replied with a huge grin on his face. :)
 
Muscle car definition... Well, here are some prerequisites at least.

1) Must be a gas hog (at least compared to other vehicles)

2) Must be able to create a huge smokin' burnout

3) Ususally cares more about bang/dollor instead of fancy ceramic breaks, udercarriage diffustion, ect.

4) Need to haul A$$ and have the torque of a stump puller

To ME the icon of muscle is the Boss 429. But everyone is entitled to thier opinion, and that's what makes the sport so great, a wide variety of cars, people, and opinions.

Now, japanesse muscle is a different story....

I love bringing out older pics and turning them from ordinary to something bright and colorful. You do this exceptionally well.
 
Twin drifting at twin Ring Motegi, Reverse. With the ladys :)

As promised we went drifting together me and my girl, it was awesome and i must say she is up to par with me on handling a sliding beast through a corner. Took some pics. Couple of others are still underway... Just couldn't wait to hear yr reactions. By the way, tx for the kind words. Appreciate that. :)

Btw, these were all free run laps with one car at the time. Ps'ed them together all 4. So, what do you think?

Your 3rd pic....wich car did you edit in? I see from the smoke it must be the silvia?
My gosh, your good in that, you can see NO empty space between the in-front-red-car, and the in-the-back-silvia. Real good.

*thinking* If I <<think about it, I would be busy for a long time to get this to work. Especially the freakin smoke for the silvia:crazy:👍

In all the pics i edited the silver varietta in. Cut out the red one to have a layer were i can work under. Actually it only took me 20 minutes.

I'm wondering. If you race with two players or drift, can you save the replay and load it to take pics? Never tried.
Cause if you could it would be alot easier for me to make such pics. :crazy:
Only a shame i haven't got a pal who knows how to drift in this game except me myself.
 
Nice pics, I really liked the Mirage and drifting ones. I think it's about time I got myself one of those 200SX S14s.

I'll look forward to racing you and that other guy in the WRS. I'll keep an eye out for you at the finish line.

I look forward to it too. Only two weeks and then i can join each week. Now i have a couple of exams i need to redo in order to loose these courses next year. :yuck: . Then i'm gonna throw myself at racing the WRS. 👍

Damn that sucks indeed that you can't save the replays. What can you do about it? Do like me. Ps them together.:p

Good thing you're not joining this week. It's the old Clio V6 Racer at Opera. It's a bit dull and it's quite hard to win the clio race to get the car in the first place. Although you probably wouldnt have a problem since you have a 100% game save.

There are some really fun races though, and there's a really friendly environment so you can always find someone willing to help you with lines and braking ponts etc. I've been in it since week 8 and I've enjoyed every second of it. You should pray for a race car at a nice speedy track since those have proven to be the most fun. Bentley Speed 8 @ LeMans, any road car up to 400BHP @ El Capitan, and the Gather civic @ Motegi have sprung into my head.

PS: Went through my gallery and stared at the twin drifts again :crazy: lol. I think I'll do another shoot with two other driftcars in my garage. Tomorrow probably, I'll then post the Walpapers from the CLK too.
