Spider-Man: Miles Morales

A new chapter in the Spider-Man universe is out, coinciding with release of PS5.
I've been able to get my hands on the new system and played a few hours of the game today.
It looks really good with all the ray-tracing effects and improved lighting and character models.

I don't usually play these types of games - last game I played that was similar was probably Batman Arkham Asylum about 10 years ago.
So for now I'm still getting used to the controls, but overall the gameplay is fun even for someone who's not great at it.
I know some people have said that it's kind of like a DLC or expansion to the 2018 game, but for me there is plenty to do.
I'm pretty sure I'll spend much more than approximate 10 hours it's supposed to take for the main mission.

Does look good, so it`s still set in new york? I was going to get this, but ive already got the previous one, I cant see why i would buy this if it`s not a new city to roam around...hmmmm

That’s right, same city. Probably a good idea to wait for a sale or skip, if you’ve played the 2018 game I think. I never did, so for me it’s all new.

Made it through a few more story missions. Definitely liking the game a lot, getting used to the controls a bit now, and still amazed by the graphics. I've played a few PS4 titles now before coming back to the game, and while they look great, Spider-Man: Miles Morales definitely stands out. A few more screenshots for you.

Just finished the game and the side missions. According to PS5, it took 12 hours, although it felt longer than that.
Nevertheless, I feel like the length of the game was just fine.
The story, acting, graphics, sound were all top notch and I'm very happy with this game.
Don't know how it compares to the 2018 game, but it sure stands tall and proud on its own.
Definitely giving it five stars!

Finished up the game as well. @FuriousDemon That last pic of yours, I snapped it as well. It makes for fantastic imagery.
