Splinter Cell

Holy crap this game is hard. Anyone else play it yet?

I've spent over 2 hours on the first level and still havent finished it.

I thought Metal Gear Solid 1&2 were good, but this game is by far the best "realistic" action shooter on the xbox. Well, a close decision between Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell. If you havent played it yet, I suggest running out to blockbuster or all nite video or where ever you rent your games from and pick up a copy. You can even hold your gun to a civilian or enemies head and walk out into a field with enemies and they wont shoot out you.

This game is right up there with HALO. Tom Clancy gets 2 thumbs up! 👍👍

Just wait, it'll get to be a pain in the ass.

I've had it for nearly 4 months and i'm only on the 4 or so level.

What makes it even worse is there are no cheat codes!... well maybe thats not such a bad thing, but I need medkits, I try to preserve my ammo but I get carried away shooting all the lights :lol:

I havent played it on ps2 yet, but on the xbox it is really worth it.. its one of those few games that are really worth 50$ now a days

This game rocks. I'm trying to find a way inside the chinese embassy and I'm out of sticky shockers!! Can't wait to finish this game and get Ghost Recon. Clancy games rule!!

Clancy games do rules. If you want to get old school Clancy games, look into the original Rainbow Six and Rogue Spear. That is if you dont care about the graphics too much.

Splinter Cell is sooo much better on PC than on PS2 and Xbox. Graphics, control (aiming is a b!tch with an analog stick) and overall gameplay. If you've got the rig to run it, get it on PC.

i have played and beaten the game and if you think the other levels are hard then u should try the last. towards the end there are guys in bullet proof suit things and you can only shoot them in the neck with a sticky socker or airfoil ring. and at the start you have to get past a spotlight that sets off an alarm(there is a sniper sitting next to it as well) and below there are two gards with two dogs and another comes if the alarm goes off! hadr stuff.
