should i make my gear ratio wide cause my integra tops out at 102miles
If you want a higher top speed, then make it wider. If you don't, then don't. 💡

Oh and another thing...just wondering, you got any good settings for the ek hatch? spoon?
I just tuned an EK CTR today, and it seemed to drive okay. I can't remember the exact setting off the top of my head, but here goes:

Spring Rate: 11.5/4.5(rear could be 6.5. I'll get back to you on that.)
Ride Height: 10mm above minimum/15mm above minimum(can't remember the exact number)
Shock Bound: 4/6
Shock Rebound: 7/9
Camber Angle: 0/0
Toe: 0/0
Stabilizers: 3/4
Brakes: 5/6
LSD: 1.5 Way
No Wing
S3 Tires
221hp
Stage 1 Weight Reduction

I used to tune my FFs by having the rear springs very stiff, but the rear of the car would bob up and down, and I would lose traction on some bumps. A few days ago, I tried keeping the rear stiff due to the shocks rather than the springs. Now the rear doesn't bounce around too much. That means better traction, while still being responsive enough to turn well. The front has a high spring rate so that the car is still sensitive and communicates with you. The rear biased braking helps sharpen turn-in, especially if you trail brake like I do.
