Sport mode Registration missing cities

Bought the game a few days ago, unlocked sport mode last night, today i tried to register myself but after selecting my federal state i couldn't find my home city, (the state's capital btw) and noticed other municipalities were also missing. Actually crazy since smaller cities are selectable, but not a handful of others. How and when can playstation add the missing municipalities?

It won't, necessarily.

As far as I know it's based on a database of locations used by ISPs to register their IP blocks, which is usually based on server infrastructure, rather than any other geopolitical criteria.
