In sport mode is there a way to view a replay?

Do I need to set the PS4 Pro up to record first??

If so how do I do that?

At the final results screen (where people start leaving) navigate your cursor to the top left, there should be a replay button up there. Click it and save the replay.

You can save the replay after the race, its in the upper left corner.
Or you can capture last 15 mins (default) of gameplay by pressing SHARE button and then SQUARE to save video which can be then found in the capture gallery in PS main menu.

Yes and maybe to more than that in fact. There's an option in the PS4 menus somewhere.

Yes, you can set it up up to 60mins in settings - sharing and broadcasts - lenght of video clip.
