Dutch supercar firm Spyker is to unveil a limited-edition hard-topped version of its C12 LaTurbie convertible - but don't rush for your chequebooks, as all 25 examples have already been sold.

This model has special bodywork, including glass roof panels, commissioned from legendary Italian styling house Zagato - responsible for cars such as the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato and DB7 Zagato.

Its buyers haven't been deterred by a price tag thought to be around the €580,000 mark.

IMO the C12 looks better than the C8 because of its longer wheelbase. I still cant tell how this one looks any different from a normal C12.:dunce:

Hmm, well, this may one Spyker I won't be seeing. As well as the Spykers have suddenly been selling off here in Texas thanks to Aston Martin, they're still not in huge demand.

Looks just as quirkily odd as all of the normal Spykers look.

The one pictured doesn't look different, because it is a C12 LaTurbie not the one mentioned below ;).

the one at the top of this page is the original c12

Well it's wrong, that is clearly not a hardtop.
And since Spyker are "set to unveil" it, it hasn't been unveiled yet. The picture is meerley a picture of what the Zagato model is based on.

It's named after a mountain near Monte Carlo. It doesn't roll off the tongue at all though.

Here are a few more pictures of the LaTurbie. Could this be the LaTurbie? The page says so...

Looks very cool. I want one. Nice interior, unique Spyker exterior. Sweet sounding top. What more could you want?

What do you mean by "could this be the LaTubie"? It's not the Zagato C12 this thread is about. The C12 LaTurbi is just another model in Spykers lineup.
