this may sound stupid but hehe i dunno wats wrong with my shoes.. the Jordan XVIII.. every time i step theres like a squeaky farting sound.. i dont know wats wrong? can anyone help? is it witht he soles or something? :irked:

Well, if you were a mouse stuck to someone's shoe, you'd be farting & squeaking everytime you got stepped on too.

Heh. I drove an ex-girlfriend home from the hospital once. I have no idea why anymore. But she was resting while I was messing around in her kitchen in squeaky shoes. After about five minutes she turned into the devil.

can someone plz gimme a real answer?? its not the bottom of the shoes.. its the thing under ur feet.. insoles i think

I come upon this problem wearing sandals. The bottom of yur foot is curved, as is your shoe, the meeting of the two makes a pressurized chamber of air which gets trapped beneath your foot. Your foot is not pressing dowm with equal pressure on all sides, and the air finds the weakest point, and makes it's break. It can sound like a squeak, a fart, or bolth.

It's a conspiracy the government put in all the shoes just to make you go crazy and it seems to be working. Put a tin foll hat so they can't get into your head and go hide in the corner.

There is probably an air pocket inside the sole of the shoe that has become ruptured.

Are they some sort of "Air" Jordans? Those shoes have air bladders in them.
I have a pair of Nike Air Durams that I use for running. I have the very same issue with them as you seem to have with your Jordans.
Don't really think that there is much you can do about it. I've pondered getting a new pair at the Nike outlet.

I can't remember if it's something in my shoe that was there from day one or not. Only the left shoe squeaks.

What would happen if you wore tight quardoroy pants with squeaky shoes?

What's the problem? The air bladder thing that I mentioned earlier?

If so, I don't know what the solution is other than getting a new pair of shoes that dont squeak. Maybe see if you can exchange them for a new pair?

DOH... think i should buy new soles? it used to be all soft and cushiony now its all stiff...

Ok, find where the rupture is. Then mash up some carrots and add some chicken giblets to the carrot paste before putting the mixture in a blender.

Once you have done that, go buy another pair of shoes if the current pair make you unhappy, and if you can afford it.
