this must be the stupidest most typical initial d whore/ricer question i've ever seen. Even if you do suceed in cramming the NISSAN SR20DET motor into a TOYOTA trueno, it will screw up more things than you can imagine.

Just go with the high end 4AG, ya know, the one they used in the JGTC Trueno.

Actually, fitting an SR20DET isn't so daft, it has been done before. Chances are that the Nissan motor would weigh more however which would affect handling.

Any longitudinal 4cyl. engine will fit, and most rotaries will do. I've seen them with S2000 engines, SR20DETs, and even 3SGTEs (These are the Celica GT-Four/ JDM Altezza motors). I've seen one with a 20B 3 rotor engine, too. Funny how a ****box like that can move once you put a 500 hp rotary under the hood.

ive personally witnessed i 2JZ GTE in a AE86 (with some butchering)

this isnt a initial d question.i dont even play that stupid game. i heard it as been done. and i want to stand out doing someth diffrent..

id say atleast $10k. thats a LOT of work. its also a huge ****ing waste of money. just think about all of the wiring that will need to be done. you'll have to have the whole wiring stripped out of the car so you can put the the SR20DET one in.

Lol, if you you want to stand out with having something different why do something someone has already done?
