I will tell you right now. If SRF starts getting used by everyone, I'm deleting my save and selling GT5. I'll be done. Drag racing went down the ****er after SSRX came out. If this keeps going down the road it's on, you can kiss dear 'ol Slashfan goodbye. I'm being dead serious. No bull.

In case you guys haven't noticed, most 1st era pros aren't playing much these days. I'm one of the few left. These days might be coming to an end soon. Looking back, it's so funny looking at this whole respect thing lol
 
Why let some newbs with their driving aids kill gt5? come on people. forget this speed test thing what ever happened to just good ole fashion drag racing. plus when you host a room you can turn the aids off which ive always done whenever i host a room. take it to the track no cheating than right?..when they do boot em simple as that. we should have all known that the speed test was gonna cause problems. people always try to cheat and are always looking for new ways to do so atleast if your in a room you can eliminate it or boot the person. bottom line forget the speed test take it to the track.

yea, but now i cant go into a room without being asked what my car runs, and if im slower i must be a hacker or im slow just that my connection is good or my tree is good.
 
I agree with ctsoldier. Everyone is bitching about the speed test. Thats not where races are won. It's really comical how wound up everyone is about this when the speed test is just that, a test of your cars speed. Not a race. The only one I feel has a legitimate reason to be upset about it are the ones maintaing leaderboards and those who cannot compete online well due to lag from being from a land far far away. SSRX is their way of seeing where they stack up against the competition. Everyone else can continue to race at indy (as far as I know it is still in the game unless the cheaters have hacked everyone's disc and removed it :dunce:) and establish who's faster the old fashion way. To let the actions of others dictate how you live your life is foolish and weak. Everyone crying bout quitting. Man up. Look at all the people that cut corners and punt you off the track online racing. Has that made you stop racing too???

WDIF is back...and thats the attitude i wish everyone would have. Forget what a stupid speed test says if you really are fast than you know it and so do the people that you race with than who cares if a couple of newbs or whatnot say different..You dont need to prove yourself to a bunch of people who are pry cheating to get there times.

im gonna be on next week...tuesday is my birthday and i think im getting a ps3 again so ill be on that day..and hell yeah bro i remember lol good times cant wait to tear s**t up with gme again..its gonna be a takeover WDIF 2.0 lol
