Technically there is, by transferring it from the PSP game but only usable in Arcade mode. If you were going by the list that showed Premium and Standard cars, that's why it shows both.

Tuscan is Premium, Standard you have Cerbera Speed 6 or Speed 12, also Griffith, V81S and some other I think...
