Well, if you are crazy then i'm even more crazy because i wished the '02 Prius was premium.

Yup. You are crazy. Then again... I want the Honda Jazz 04 in premium... :boggled:

Probably because it is my real world car at the moment haha

Can not believe there is still talks of standards being included in GT7.....:( Oh the shame. :dunce:
I haven't checked this thread for a while and hoped that maybe they (PD) had done a 180 on their thinking here......guess not.

Would something as simple as omitting the "interior view" from the menu options help?
Make everyone use either chase cam or bumper cam. ;) :D Problem solved. 💡

The xj220 looks good too. I just found out you can install a carbon hood (body color) on the xj220 lm race car.

I think you can do that to most standards. Just not the bare carbon fibre hood.

Peugeot 106 Rally with carbon hood. I dont know this was possible. I knew in the mitsubishi FTO's was possible, but not in this model

CONFIRMED: Any 106 (S16 or Rallye) can be fitted with carbon hoods!

Makes you wonder why PD does that. Atleast the FTO's had its model updated.

Maybe that both 106's are semi-premium like FTO...
I think they were an experiment, to see what was involved in bringing Premium features to Standards. It's possible the idea was abandoned in favour of a different approach, but there's no point in wasting content.

Exactly and the standard cars's textures should have been fixed since the GT6's launch. :grumpy:

a bit?

glad they fixed it. it looked terrible in gt5, shame as its a beautiful car for a nissan. one of japans better looking cars in my opinion.

also, how does the ss sprinter look?

I wouldn't have expected a Nissan to look bad in GT6.

Time for me to post some crap standards, haven't done so in a while.

Dat layering.
I love it!!
I find a certain aesthetic pleasure in the historic solutions found to yet current problems. Like carburettors and magnetos. Plus, despite the low fidelity, you can still see the attention to detail - as accurate as it may or may not be, it's still represented.

And some (un)healthy nostalgia for the applicable era of gaming helps. Standards might just be the next "pixelart". :D
